• Chat Messages: Messages sent through the in-app chat feature are stored to enable message delivery, conversation history, and customer support. Chat messages are automatically deleted after 30 days.

1.4 User-Generated Images

• Images and Photos: Images uploaded via bulletin boards or chat are stored to enable content sharing and communication. Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 30 days, or earlier if deleted by the user.

1.5 Information We Do Not Collect

• Contact lists
• Audio files
• Payment or financial information

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate users and manage accounts
• To provide and maintain App functionality
• To support user communication features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect users and the public.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. Data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using industry-standard encryption.

SeoulTalk strictly prohibits any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).

• Such content will be removed immediately upon detection
• Accounts involved will be suspended or terminated
• Where required by law, incidents may be reported to relevant authorities
